A robber elbowed a shop assistant before snatching cash from a till in the Poundstretcher discount store in Ruscote Avenue retail park, Banbury, on December 2.
The white, clean-shaven youth, who wore a white top with stripes down the sleeves, approached the check-out at about 3.30pm.
Police believe an accomplice was waiting in a small blue car.
The robbers are believed to have made off towards the M40.
