People in south Oxfordshire are being asked to help make sure the district council's housing allocation policy is fair.
The council, which decides who goes into which housing association's properties, is anxious to make sure allocations are seen to be fair.
South Oxfordshire consulted people on its waiting list before drawing up its new policy.
Now it is going out to housing associations and other organisations to see if they approve.
The public can see the draft proposals on the council's website www.southoxon.gov.uk and comment on them.
The new policy will be implemented in April, following any amendments arising from comments received.
