London Welsh RFC have refused to confirm or deny that they will be making Oxford United's Kassam Stadium their new home.
The Exiles' chairman, David Hammond, would not comment on suggestions that the National League Division 1 club are in talks over a move to Oxford.
London Welsh play one division above Oxfordshire outfit Henley Hawks, who were relegated last season.
London Wasps and Moseley are two other clubs who have considered playing at the Kassam, where the Parker Pen European Shield final was successfully staged last season.
