Headington won the women's race in convincing style at the Chiltern League cross-country meeting at an extremely wet and muddy Shotover.
They had a clean sweep of the first four places in the women's race, with Jude Craft first in a time of 24.19,
Allison Hirst was second overall, and first in the veteran 35 race) in 24.29, closely followed by Tracy Galbraith (2nd V35) in 24.31. Iona Robertson completed the team result with a fourth place in 25.13.
In the senior men's race, the first Oxon man home was Brian Green, from Oxford City, in 33rd place.
