North Berks League round-up: Dave Stanley's late penalty gave Saxton Rovers a double over Division 1 champions Kintbury Rangers with a 1-0 victory.
Saxton made the breakthrough in the 83rd minute when Derek Palfrey was felled in the area and Stanley put away the spot-kick.
East Hendred stay top after they won 3-2 at Sutton Courtenay.
Paul McIntosh twice put Hendred ahead only for Jimmy Mills and Steven Madge to level for Sutton.
Phil Riding then crushed Sutton's hopes with the winner.
In Division 2, there was a family affair at Faringdon Town where home manager Ian Bint steered his side to a 3-2 victory over Ardington Lockinge, who are managed by his brother, Fred. Gary Sutton, Barry James and Robert Owen netted for Town, while Nick Brough grabbed a double for Ardington.
