Oxford University are aiming to rewrite the history books when they face Cambridge in the 121st Varsity Match at Twickenham on Tuesday (2pm).
Not since 1951 have the Dark Blues beaten their oldest rivals four times in a row - but that's their task in front of 50,000 fans at rugby union's HQ.
Unlike the Light Blues, Oxford's preparations for the big game have gone smoothly - so smoothly in fact, that they cancelled their planned training session on Saturday morning.
"We're happy with a our build-up, but we're definitely not complacent about the Varsity Match," said Oxford's director of rugby Steve Hill.
There are no last-minute injury worries. The biggest doubt concerned left wing Stuart Douglas's hamstring, but he came through his fitness test with flying colours.
It's astonishing that a 50,000 crowd - bigger than every Premiership football match apart from Manchester United v Arsenal - should turn up to watch what is in effect a Division 2 encounter, especially, after last year's dire contest, which Oxford won 9-6, for their third three-point victory in a row.
Hill expects it to be a much better spectacle this year."
"Our midfield of Matt Honeyben, Andrew Willett and John Allen is much stronger than last year, and we're planning to use all 15 players and to test Cambridge all over the field," he said.
That's good news for all the regular Oxford supporters who have been entertained by the exciting running of winger Will Rubie over the past two years.
However, in a tight contest, it could still come down to a place-kicking contest. So there's sure to be plenty of pressure on Honeyben.
Skipper Fraser Gemmell said he had no worries on that score. "Matt's a cool custiomer," he said.
As a final preparation, Honeyben, who kicked 18 points in the Under 21 Varsity Match at Twickenham last year, travelled to Bristol last week to have extra place-kicking tuition from Argentine Felipe Comteponi, under the direction of Oxford coach Mark Tainton.
Cambridge should not be underestimated, even though skipper Duncan Blaikie has managed only half a game.
If anything, they will be more motivated than Oxford, at the thought of losing for the fourth time running.
In centres Jason Wright and Simon frost, they have two dangerous ball-carriers, while New Zealand flanker Owen Scrimgeour is sure to be a handful.
But I get the feeling that Dark Blues are the more assured side and that their American lock Adam Russell will be celebrating tomorrow night as the first-ever Oxford player to win four Varsity Matches in a row.
