Former Arrows driver Enrique Bernoldi could be snapped up by Formula 1 team Minardi as their No 1 driver for next season.
The Brazilian, who missed the final five races of last season because of the Leafield-based outfit's cash problems, would bring in about £8m in personal sponsorship. He is backed by the Red Bull.
Although Minardi are still to confirm who will be in their colours for the 2003 season, have agreed a deal with Cosworth to supply them with engines for next year's championship.
