Scouts in Minster Lovell have received a helping hand from buildings material company Hanson.
The Scouts are refurbishing their headquarters, which is on the edge of the village. The site suffers badly from weeds and ragwort, which they have been clearing away.
Hanson has donated 20 tonnes of gravel from its nearby Stanton Harcourt site, which has been laid around the building.
The outside and inside of the building has been painted and there are plans to develop a camping area and pond.
Group leader Liz Seeney said: "Their donation has gone a long way to completing the project. Help like this keeps the Scouts going."
Hanson spokesman Simon Clabburn said: "It was a pleasure to help."
