Two people were taken to hospital after a collision involving two cars and a van in Thame.
Emergency services were called at about 5.50pm on December 9 to Cromwell Avenue.
Firefighters cut one victim from the wreckage.
Paramedics took one person to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Another was sent to Stoke Manderville Hospital, near Aylesbury.
