Allotments in Wallingford have been targeted by thieves and vandals for a second time.
Last month, tools were stolen from sheds at the town council's allotments off Fir Tree Avenue after locks were forced open.
Then, in the early hours of December 10, two sheds were set on fire.
More tools were stolen, other sheds and fruit cages were vandalised, and vegetables were pulled up.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service tackled the blaze and Thames Valley Police believe it was started deliberately.
House inquiries have been carried out in Fir Tree Avenue.
Pc Kay Almond said: "The fires are being treated as suspicious."
She said residents were being asked to be vigilant and a crime reduction officer would be advising on improving security.
Anyone with information should call Wallingford police station on 01491 821515 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
