Homes across Oxfordshire were without television for about 90 minutes on December 10, following a power cut.
The Beckley transmitter stopped broadcasting at about 9am.
A spokesman for Crown Castle International, which owns the transmitter, said residents were able to tune in again at about 10.30am after Southern Electric restored power.
The transmitter serves 385,000 homes across a wide area.
