An information technology business has been bought out by two of its directors, saving the jobs of 25 staff.
Hytec Information Security, based at Eynsham, has been taken over by David Bryant and Alan Hunt who rescued it from administration.
Hytec was started in 1980 and specialises in providing computer security expertise and equipment.
Mr Bryant, who has taken the majority stakeholding and has become managing director, said: "The old business was under-capitalised.
"By buying the firm we have saved jobs and kept the customers. I know there is a solid business here and a good team. I could not see it going to the wall without any future."
Mr Bryant and Mr Hunt, who has become technical director, ploughed £200,000 of their own money into the business.
Major clients include Securicor, Hanover Housing and Sofa Workshop, as well as local councils.
