Child pornography charges against a former councillor were adjourned by Didcot magistrates on December 12.
Tim Horton, 55, of The Goggs, Watlington, faces 35 allegations of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children between January 1995 and August this year.
After a number of previous preliminary hearings, solicitor Warwick Clarke secured a further adjournment until January 9 for a computer expert to consider the evidence. He said the expert's work was likely to cost several thousand pounds in legal aid.
No pleas have been entered. Horton's bail was renewed.
