Children from an Oxford school had the opportunity to study and draw life models under expert tuition.
Pupils practise their art
The visit by a tutor and model was organised by the Royal Academy's outreach programme and they worked with boys aged between eight and 13.
The programme usually visits only secondary schools, but Judith Lane, an art teacher at Summer Fields School, arranged for the visit during a trip to the Royal Academy earlier in the year.
Mrs Lane said: "We were lucky to get them to come here because the children were studying under a very professional tutor and they had an intensive day of work.
"The model was also very good and I think she really managed to interact with the children."
