Two young men, aged 18 and 20, have died in a car crash near Witney.
They were in collision with another car on the B4022 Charlbury road, at the junction with the turn to Poffley End in Hailey.
Roy Philip Bicker, 20, of Lancutt Road, Witney, and Dominic Tebby, 18, of Rookery Court, Church Hanborough, both died in the smash at about 7.30pm on December 11.
Mr Bicker was driving a black Honda Civic which was in collision with a blue BMW.
Firefighters cut the men from the car. The road was closed for six hours.
The BMW driver and the three children with her all were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, and later released.
A father of one of the children, Keith Jupp, of Farmer Close, Witney, said: "My daughter was in the front passenger seat and the other two girls were in the rear seat.
"Another was sitting in the middle seat, but luckily had a full harness seatbelt, rather than a lap belt.
"The seatbelts and air bags saved their lives."
Mr Bicker's family were too upset to comment last night. Mr Tebby's family were not available.
Anyone who saw the crash should call 01295 754754.
