Oxford City club captain Matty Hayward could make his long-awaited first-team comeback after virtually two years on the sidelines.
Julian DarkOut with serious knee injuries, he is in the squad for the trip to Ryman Division 1 North leaders Northwood on Saturday (Dec 14).
City, for whom defender Julian Dark makes his 300th appearance, having made his debut in 1986 as a 17-year-old, have serious injury doubts over Danny Wise (calf) and John Mitchell (thigh). Stuart Lewis (ankle) and Justin Lee (ankle) are 50-50. Ben Cogger is added to the squad.
Boss Paul Lee said of Dark, who has had spells at Abingdon Town, Thame United and Banbury United: "Julian has been player-of-the-season for three of the last four years, which speaks volumes about him."
