Witham 0, Abingdon Tn 4: Former Aston Villa ace Garry Parker scored two more goals as Abingdon made it five Ryman Division 2 wins in a row against Witham on Saturday.
They took the lead after only eight minutes, when Chris Potter ran through the home defence and drove past keeper Chris Kriehn.
Although there were no more goals in the first half, Abingdon dominated, with Jonathon Beames in goal having little to do.
The second half started with Abingdon still on top and they scored their second in the 58th minute when Tristan Didcock was brought down and Parker scored straight from the free kick from 22 yards.
In the 88th minute, more good work from Parker brought him a second goal from the acutest of angles as he unleashed a powerful shot into the roof of the net.
Adam Oram scored Abingdon's fourth goal after being set up by Parker.
Abingdon: Beames, Thomas, Burden, Beauchamp, Tregurtha, Parker, Timms, Didcock, Oram, Scanes, Potter. Subs: Hall, Hough, Squires.
