The Said Business School, Oxford, has been nominated for the title of Building of the Year by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The Oxford University building, designed by Sir Jeremy Dixon, is on a shortlist of 30 entries, including six from outside the UK.

As part of the judging process, a panel of RICS experts will visit each shortlisted project between now and the end of January.
The Said Business School has been nominated in the Regeneration category. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony to be held in London in May.
The shortlist citation describing the Oxford building stated: "The school dominates the view of anyone arriving in the city by train and is a distinctive landmark on the entrances to the university precincts."
The chairman of the judging panel, Simon Pott, said: "This year's list contains an excellent range of exciting projects."
