The mayor and mayoress of Didcot, Ian and Aggie Townsend, and town clerk Julia Underwood were guests at the Christmas lunch of the Didcot branch of the British Pensioners' Association.
More than 60 members enjoyed roast turkey and Christmas pudding, before a sing-along with entertainer Tony Casper.
Chairman Bessie Thorne said: "Our membership is just over 100, although we always welcome new members at our meetings -- at 1.45pm on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at the Civic Hall."
