A teenager was raped by a man three times her age after an evening out drinking with friends, a court was told.
Stefan Spek, 47, of Dirac Place, Didcot, denied raping the 14-year-old girl, on August 13, when he appeared before Oxford Crown Court on December 16.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, gave evidence via a video link.
She said she had not consented to have sex with Spek, and said he knew she did not want sex. Eloise Marshall, prosecuting, said the girl and a 14-year-old friend were dropped off at Didcot railway station by her father.
They were picked up by Spek and a male friend.
On the way to the friend's flat, where they planned to stay the night, they bought a considerable amount of alcohol.
Once they were at the flat, Miss Marshall told the court the alleged victim became extremely drunk.
The girl felt sick and had difficulty standing, walking or talking.
Miss Marshall said that, although the girl's memories of the evening were affected by the amount of alcohol she had drunk, she recalled going outside into a garden, where she lay on her back on the grass.
She claimed to have been raped there.
Two men out walking a dog found her lying on the ground crying hysterically, with Spek standing next to her doing up his trousers.
The court heard that the girl told the men: "Get me away from here. I've been raped."
Miss Marshall said that, as a result of DNA evidence, Spek was arrested.
When interviewed, he denied any form of sexual activity with the girl.
But Nigel Daly, defending, said Spek had since admitted having sex with her.
The case continues.
