Green Party councillors and other environmentalists took an unusual form of transport to mark the opening of the Oxford Green Fair.
The event was held at Oxford Town Hall on December 14.
It was designed to promote Green issues such as recycling, clean transport and fair trade products.
The Oxford Cycle Workshop displayed a cycle-truck -- which is a bicycle with a long, wide carriage at the rear that can be used to carry items.
Green city councillor Craig Simmons is pictured aboard the cycle.
Hundreds of people attended the event and enjoyed the stalls, food and entertainment provided by different
groups.
