Christmas gifts for a group of elderly people will come into their full glory in the spring.
A collection of bulbs in pots was handed over on December 16 to The Elms day centre in Church Green, Witney, by the town's Inner Wheel club.
President Barbara Barringer is pictured, in the back row, right, with fellow club members Margaret McDonald, left, Mary Cane, Betty Sowerby and Joyce Crozier presenting the bulbs to Bill Eeley, front left, Lilly Emslie and Janet Lock from The Elms.
The bulbs have been given to the centre's Blind and Partially Sighted Club.
The club, which meets once a month at the Marlborough Hotel, has 35 women members. It donated the gifts out of its charity account.
It closes down for the holiday on Friday and re-opens on January 6.
