Primary school children produced a booklet charting the architectural and natural history of a riverside area near their school.
Pupils aged and eight and nine at West Oxford Primary School worked on the booklet about the stretch of the Thames from Osney Lock to Osney Bridge at their after school club.
The booklet covers the architecture and wildlife of the area and is illustrated with photographs and drawings made by the children.
Headteacher Julie St Clair Hoare said: "They are very proud of the fact they produced a book full of their work and they gained a great deal of knowledge about their local area.
"They also learned what goes into producing something like this, right down to visiting the printers as it was printed."
