Jammi FC could face OFA disciplinary charges after the referee was forced to abandon Sunday's Division 4 game with Catherine Wheel.
Catherine Wheel, who have been cleared of any charges, were leading 5-1, when the referee, who had sent off three Jammi players, abandoned the game after 85 minutes.
He also red-carded another Jammi player after the final whistle.
In April, Jammi and Roebuck were fined for failing to control their spectators after a Jammi player was sent off during a cup tie.
OFA disciplinary secretary Lucy Barrett said: "The referee's report will be discussed by the committee before any charges are made."
A club has 14 days to appeal, and the OFA take into account previous conduct.
Jammi chairman Daniel Gatuku said: "We will definitely be appealing against any charges. We think we are being treated unfairly."
