Oxford Harlequins will be aiming to reach the last 16 of the Powergen Intermediate Cup for the second successive season when they visit Keynsham in a fifth-round tie tomorrow (1.45pm).
Quins will be without lock Rob Dow and flanker Jim Anderson, both of whom are unavailable, while No 8 Paul Nye faces a fitness test.
Centre Richard Rouse is back in contention after a minor operation, and John Maloney, Nigel Hill, Matt Sims, Will Houston and Guy Dobson will all be vying for a place in the starting line-up.
This will be a good test of the progress Quins have made since Matt Maudsley took over as coach 16 months ago.
Keynsham, from Bristol, are in the lower reaches of South West 1, which is one division higher than Quins. They stand two places above Chinnor.
Quins, who lost the leadership of South West 2 East with their defeat at Maidenhead a fortnight ago, will be keen to return to winning ways in the first meeting between the clubs
This is Quins' first match against South West 1 opposition since they lost out to Hertford in the sixth round last year.
Another Oxon team bidding for a last-16 place in a national competition are Berks, Bucks & Oxon Division 1 leaders Henley Wanderers, who travel to face Shipston-on-Stour in the fifth round of the Powergen Junior Vase.
Meanwhile, Henley Hawks welcome old rivals Newbury to Dry Leas for a National League 2 game.
The last time the two teams met was at Newbury in February 1999 and there are four players in the Henley squad who played in that 26-26 draw - Pete Davies, Ben Ayres, Rowan Fuller and Ali Mortimore.
Three more are on the sidelines for various reasons - Phil Osman, now coaching, Mark Venner, still recovering from injury, and Steve Barnes, who is out for another month.
The Hawks squad is the same that drew with at Esher last week. This means that they have kept the same line-up for three matches, although the starting XV may slightly vary.
Banbury face a tough test in Midland Division 2 East, with a visit to leaders Kettering. Bulls move Ed Cummings from flanker to prop and bring in Richard Jeyes to fill the vacant back-row position.
