National Front representatives who have said they are setting up an office in Bicester will try to address the public inquiry into the creation of an asylum seekers' centre.
The right wing group said it would set up a campaign office in response to Government plans to house 750 asylum seekers on land near Arncott.
Most villagers living near to the site of the proposed centre have condemned the National Front but James Williams, NF organiser for Oxfordshire, claims the party has recruited 20 new members from the area in the past fortnight.
Mr Willliams said: "The branch in Bicester will be officially launched on New Year's Day, when we'll have a post office box number and an e-mail address for people to contact us.
"We're watching the inquiry very closely and might put in a request to speak when the inquiry resumes in February."
The inquiry, which was held in Bicester Garrison Theatre, has now been adjourned until February 18, after five days of evidence.
The inquiry was initially due to reconvene for four days, but it has fallen behind schedule.
It is now expected to take two weeks. So far, evidence has been heard from three witnesses for the Home Office.
Cherwell District Council, Bicester Action Group, Bicester Refugee Support and individuals who oppose accommodation centre are due to give evidence in February.
