Kate McMichael, pictured, has been drafted in to work with people with physical disabilities and head injuries, at the Oxford Centre for Enablement, based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, in Oxford.
Together they have brightened up the new centre, which opened this summer, with a collection of handmade Christmas decorations.
Mrs McMichael, of Church Street, Beckley, near Oxford, said: "We have made doves and hearts along the theme of 'peace on earth and goodwill to all men'. I'm sure it helps them."
