A ladder was used by firefighters to reach a man whose car had crashed into a ditch.
Firefighters and paramedics helped the man -- who was injured, though not seriously -- to climb the ladder to safety.
The accident, involving one vehicle, happened about 8.25am on Sunday, December 22, on the A420, near Faringdon. Firefighters from Faringdon, went to the scene with police and paramedics.
The driver was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
