The winning tickets out of the 358,000 sold were picked at the Burford Blue Cross centre by the charity's marketing director Tony Samuel and deputy chief executive Peter Chaddock.
Trading manager Jonathan Chambers said: "As a charity the Blue Cross relies solely on donations from its supporters.
"Christmas is a particularly important time for raising funds for the charity and whether supporters are buying raffle tickets, gifts from our catalogue or Christmas cards, shoppers are helping to fund our vital work."
