The new pavilion in Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, near Wallingford, replaces one which was burned down five years ago. It has been integrated with the village Scout headquarters, which have also been refurbished.
Residents raised £34,000 through individual donations, to add to the £20,000 the parish council received from the insurance payout.
The parish council and South Oxfordshire District Council gave another £97,000, and the Wren Recycling Environment organisation, which helps local communities, provided £25,000.
The official opening was carried out jointly by, Roger Bell, the vice chairman of South Oxfordshire District Council, Angela Alun-Jones of Wren and Tony Hayzelden, the chairman of the parish council.
