A bus company may change one of its busy routes in an effort to improve its service.
At the moment, Stagecoach runs buses from Bicester to Oxford via Banbury Road, Summertown.
But in a bid to speed up rush-hour services, Bicester routes 27, 28 and 29 could be changed.
Stagecoach passengers are being asked their views in a questionnaire.
Marketing manager David Whitley said: "We are asking our customers where they think the bus should go and whether the route is right for them.
"The result may be that Stagecoach avoids the Banbury Road at peak times altogether.
"We know that passengers using the Bicester to Oxford Stagecoach service do get frustrated if their bus is late into the city in the morning.
"The company has already recognised that this could be due to the number of bus stops along the Banbury Road that we pick up from, and the amount of traffic using the A34 first thing in the morning."
Stagecoach is looking at adding a stop at Sainsbury's in Kidlington. In an effort to avoid people standing, it has introduced double decker buses at peak times.
