Season review: Thame United boss Andy Sinnott turned to experience as they finished their Ryman League Division 1 North campaign in eighth.
He snapped up Mike Ford after he was axed as assistant manager at Oxford United, and his experience added extra energy to the side.
However, off the field it wasn't going right, with Sinnott resigning, before agreeing to stay after crisis talks with the club's board, in a row over his playing budget.
He said: "It's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. But through all that, one thing that has remained constant is the effort and commitment, and the quality the players have produced."
