Ill-feeling continues to simmer in Blackbird Leys over residents' claims that Oxford United chairman Firoz Kassam has failed to honour an agreement to make improvements around the club's new stadium.
Concern centres on the replacement of a footpath linking Knights Road to the £15m stadium which families feel should be replaced by a better pedestrian route.
Last month a Government watchdog dismissed allegations of maladministration by Oxford City Council over its failure to make Mr Kassam keep his promise.
The Local Government Ombudsman was asked to investigate residents' claims that Mr Kassam had failed to provide a series of environmental improvements as part of the deal.
But while the Ombudsman agreed Mr Kassam might have breached the orginal legal agreement, it found no evidence of maladministration against the council.
