The Brakspear brewery premises in Henley have been sold for £10m.
Contracts have been exchanged and the deal is due for completion in September.
Chief executive Scott Cooper said: "We are delighted we have successfully completed this part of the project and have now moved into our new offices behind the Bull pub in Henley."
The Old Henley Brewery Limited has bought the site and will redevelop it.
It is expected that a planning application will be submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council early next year.
A conservation study has been commissioned.
