Community leaders in Blackbird Leys have stepped up their campaign to stop people using a brook running through the Oxford estate as a dumping ground.
They said Northfield Brook was in a disgusting state with discarded cans, bottles and bikes.

Local parish councillor Brian Lester, who is campaigning for a clean-up, pleaded with ward members to take action.
Committee members were told a report would be prepared for the next meeting. Campaign over brook steps up COMMUNITY leaders in Blackbird Leys have stepped up their campaign to stop people using a brook running through the Oxford estate as a dumping ground.
