They want other children to sign up for a sponsored walk in aid of Barnardo's.
The event is the Foresters' Big Toddle next month when hundreds of under-fives throughout England will complete half-mile walks to raise £1m for the children's charity.
Deddington Nursery has taken part in the event every year since it started in 1998.
Moira Russell-Rayment, owner of the nursery, said: "It's a great idea. I hope mums and dads, grandparents, nursery nurses and carers will encourage as many toddlers as possible to take part, have a great day out, and support Barnardo's work."
Children from Deddington Nursery were at Barnardo's Sycamore Respite Centre in Oxford Road, Banbury, on May 9 to promote the event.
The nursery has raised about £1,500 in previous years.
It raised £300 last year with three-and-a-half- year-old Shay Kelly contributing £130.
Barnardo's has more than 40 community-based projects in the Midlands and Oxfordshire, including the Sycamore Centre.
Last year, the toddle raised £830,000. This year, organisers hope to top £1m.
Deddington Nursery will toddle in the village sports field in Hempton Road, on Monday, June 16.
