Banbury's 555 Subaru World Rally Team driver Petter Solberg finished fifth in the Rally Argentina, to secure five manufacturers' points for Subaru and four in the drivers' championship.
Carlos Sainz charged through the final stage of the rally in his Citroen Xsara WRC to take the stage win and snatch back overall second place from Richard Burns, after turbo problems on Burns' Peugeot 206 WRC dashed the Brit's hopes of taking away the eight driver points.
