A Bridleway named in honour of the Queen's Jubilee has been added to a series of circular walks.
Jubilee Ride's nine-mile route is the first walking track in north Oxfordshire to be upgraded for horse riders.
A map of the route has been published in a free leaflet, which also gives information on local history, parking and pubs in the area.
The route takes riders and walkers via fields, woods and parkland through Stoke Lyne, Fringford, Hethe, Hardwick and the Tusmore Park estate.
Kieron Mallon, Cherwell District Council's executive member for recreation, said the route was developed in conjunction with the British Horse Society.
He said: "Our circular walks have grown in popularity in the past few years."
He said former councillor Billy Evans had suggested some routes could also be used by horse riders.
Mr Mallon added: "As well as encouraging exploration and appreciation of the countryside we want our leaflets to help rural trade and enterprise. The three pubs along the route are enthusiastic about the project, and welcome walkers and riders."
The leaflet is available from the tourist information centres in Bicester and Banbury.
