The Thames Vale Youth Orchestra leaders did not realise how politically relevant their concert on May 14 would be when they picked it six months ago.
They chose Shostakovich's Tenth Symphony, a celebration of the death of the tyrannical Russian leader Joseph Stalin in 1953, and have now changed the name to Anthem to the Fall of Saddam.
It will be performed at the Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford.
