While most people are tucked up in bed, Midlands Milkman of the Year Keith Moore, is getting ready to deliver a pint of milk, a smile and a good turn to his customers.

He arrives at the Co-op depot in Ferry Hinksey Road, Oxford, every morning at 1.30am to load up his milk float and head for Yarnton, Begbroke and Bladon at 15mph.
Mr Moore, who will be 50 on Sunday, worked as a baker and confectioner until five years ago.
He still bakes treats for customers and stocks up on a range of products in case they need something at the last minute.
The father-of-two, who lives in Rose Hill, Oxford, with his wife Julie.
