Students from Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art have created a series of sculptures and 3D art installations throughout the gardens in Rose Lane.
The Seedy Rushes exhibition includes a four-ended canoe and skeletal fairies created by artist Tessa Farmer.
Oxford Botanic Gardens curator Louise Allen said: "These exhibits have tried to reflect the garden.
"We felt it was important to do something with the school as it's nearby and many of the students spend their lunch hour here."
