Mr Crabb, 48, is set to embark on the 1,200-mile ride on Saturday, May 17. During the ride he will dismount to climb Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon.
He aims to raise funds for Sobell House hospice, Douglas House respite centre, the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, and Cerebral Palsy, during the three-week challenge.
Mr Crabb, of St Leonard's Road, Headington, Oxford, said: "I did a fun run for cerebral palsy 18 months ago and began to plan this trip.
"My father died in Sobell House, my sister-in-law supports the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and I have a friend who works for Helen House."
