An Oxfordshire travel agent which organises trips to Kenya is advising people not to over-react to the ban on flights to the country following a terror alert.
Travellers on Burford-based African Explorations's last organised trip to Kenya returned a fortnight ago, but another is planned in two weeks.
The company, however, is not advising people against travel and the trip is expected to go ahead, using non-British airlines.
The Foreign Office has ordered British airlines to suspend all flights to and from Kenya after reports that the suspected mastermind of Al Qaeda terrorist attacks in Kenya had been seen in neighbouring Somalia. Fazul Abdullah Mohammed is on America's list of most wanted suspects.
Kenya has described the flight ban as an over-reaction.
African Explorations said it was determined to continue as usual. Director Nichola Shepherd said: "Everything must be done to make things safe of course, but our next trip in two weeks will be going ahead.
"We've had no-one call to cancel it, but we've had a fair amount of concern. There are Oxfordshire people booked to go for their honeymoon, or on holiday.
"It's difficult because people are not covered by their insurance for this type of thing."
She said people would be liable for cancellation fees.
