World music and dance came to Hagbourne Primary School, near Didcot, this week in the form of live performance workshops.

The programme included African and Brazilian drumming, modern street dance, a concert by New Orleans jazz musician Lillian Boutt and book-making with author Michael Harrison.
The event was organised by teacher Ruth Sargison, who used profits from previous school concerts to book a variety of international performers.
She said: "We've had an exciting week and really enjoyed ourselves.
"It's about keeping music and arts alive. Staff have joined in as well."
