Tiddington will be at home to holders Shipton-under-Wychwood in the Oxfordshire semi-finals of the National Village Championship on June 8 following the latter's 59-run victory at home to Cherwell Division 1 rivals Sandford St Martin.
Former Oxfordshire all-rounder Shaun Miller returned figures of 5-3 off five overs to send Sandford spinning to 59 all out.
After being put in, Shipton were indebted to Steve Bates, who top-scored with 46 as they were shot out for 118, Martin Anson taking 4-36.
But Sandford's reply started badly, with Paul Snell ripping out Ian Johnson and Mark Robey in the first over.
Although the visitors then recovered to 42-2, Miller's excellent spell, along with Chris Panter (3-17) sparked a Sandford collapse.
