Peter Haarer, from Ranelagh, won the Oxfordshire 10,000m title at Horspath Road.
He cruised over the line in 32mins 19secs - almost four minutes ahead of second-placed Robin Schofield (Abingdon). Club Les Newell was third in 36.26.
In the 2,000m walk, Graham Chapman lifted the title, crossing the line in 9.47.
Veteran woman Noel Blatchford (Abingdon), was second with Peter Roberts third.
Blatchford's performance was particularly impressive as she set a new county record for her age group.
