Tango Passion turn up the heat
Tango Passion is an exhilarating dance musical which has been touring the world for the past five years, showcasing the drama and flair of Latin dance.
The show, at the Oxford Apollo, will feature a company of thirty dancers, singers and musicians, including The Sexteto Mayor Orchestra - the most renowned tango orchestra in the world.
The exotic two-hour production creates a world where men are ultra-masculine and women ultra-feminine by using irresistible and insinuating Argentinian rhythms.
Portenos - as natives of Buenos Aires are known - define the tango as an eternal battleground between a man and a woman, and the definitive act of love and seduction illustrated by passion, elegance and humour.
The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £15-£22.50.
