Marlon May and fellow fitness fans rode their bikes all the way from London to Brighton and back for charity -- but did not have to leave their Oxford gym.
The sponsored indoor cycle for the British Heart Foundation was held at LA Fitness, in St Ebbe's, for both members and non-members.
The aim was for the group of cyclists to collectively cover 120 miles, the distance from London to Brighton and back, using 20 stationary machines on June 14.
A total of 110 people entered, with more taking part on the day.
Club manager Jane Powdrill said: "We cycled really hard to raise a lot of money for the British Heart Foundation."
The event coincided with a real London to Brighton cycle ride for the charity.
