Two indecent exposures in Iffley are being linked by police.
A woman reported seeing a man with his trousers around his ankles in Meadow Lane at 8.22am on June 15.
A short time later, at about 9am, an elderly woman witnessed a man indecently exposing himself, again with his trousers around his ankles in Meadow Lane.
Police believe the same offender was responsible. He is described as about 30, 5ft 8in tall, with short hair and sunglasses.
An 86-year-old woman was preyed upon by a distraction burglar.
A woman in her early 20s knocked on the woman's door in Church Cowley Road, Oxford, on June 13.
The offender distracted the woman and stole a purse containing store cards and a small amount of cash while the victim's back was turned.
