Steve Brookes (Tri-upand-Running Club), racing in the senior category, won the Wantage Leisure Centre Triathlon for the second year running.
He won the event in a time of 1hr 53mins 34secs - some two minutes outside Stuart Dinwoodie's course record.
The first lady home was Alison Taylor (Thames Valley Triathlon Club), who finished the 800m swim, 35km bike ride and 12km run in 2.11.57.
In the senior category, Oxford Tri's Jim Thorn, who has taken part in every Wantage Triathlon since it started, was the first local athlete home, finishing second in 1.58.04.
Team Cherwell's Phil Gilkes finished second for the third year running in the veterans' category - but set a new personal best of 2.06.42.
Oxford's Philip Richards finished third in 2.07.08. The category was won by Thames Valley's Graham Perkins in 2.01.05.a
Alison Taylor (Thames Valley) won the senior women's race, with White Horse Harrier Ros Knopp the first of the local athletes home - finishing ninth with a personal best of 2.46.49.
Kim Shaw (Team Cherwell) broke the course record in the veteran women's race - winning by an amazing margin of 14 minutes as she took the honours in 2.18.42.
